ABOUT PHOENIX  AdvisoRY

Phoenix Advisory GmbH was founded by Danny Major and Thomas Golz in 2023. The main purpose of the company is to provide investment advisory services for alternative real estate investment funds for which Phoenix Advisory GmbH acts either as sponsor or external advisor. In addition, Phoenix Advisory GmbH offers real estate consulting and services in the following areas: Real estate sourcing, real estate acquisition due diligence, financing consulting and support services regarding acquisition structures and their optimization.
